Just an hour of relaxation can have the effect similar to a stone being dropped in a pond - the ripples of well-being will continue long after you have left my treatment room.
All new clients will have a 15 minute Zoom consultation prior to the massage to help me get to know you better and to ensure the service selected will achieve your goals.

Massage

Holistic Massage

A massage for the body and soul. Over the years research has proven how beneficial massage is for stress and well-being as well as body aches and pains. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs and works on emotional levels as well as physical. I never use a set routine, but I listen to what you and your body needs.

Oncology Massage

As a Certified Oncology Massage therapist I am able to offer you support through the journey of this part of your life.

Oncology massage is not deep and so places less stress on your body, which allows your body to focus on healing from treatment

Each treatment is bespoke to you - we usually begin with an online consultation to enable me to fully understand you and your needs.

Reiki Massage

This is a very relaxing massage, using the healing energy of Reiki, with gentle, slow strokes. It provides relaxation and a general feeling of wellbeing, as well as the intention of healing where needed.

Massage for the Mama to be

any time after the first twelve weeks

This massage takes into consideration your body changes at this time, and can help with joint and muscle discomfort due to the increasing strains. Its also amazing just for relaxation!

All attention is given to your warmth and comfort, helping to make you feel cosy and nurtured during your time with me.

Facial Rejuvination Massage

This is a type of acupressure massage, often referred to as a natural face lift. A range of techniques are used, including lymphatic drainage, facial reflexology and Ayurvedic massage, the combination of which provides a very relaxing, calming massage where the whole body benefits.

Facial skin will appear brighter and signs of tension that often show in the face, can appear reduced.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

This treatment has a very light touch. The lymphatic system is found just under the skin, so Manual Lymphatic Drainage is very gentle and encourages the movement of lymph.

When lymph flows in a healthy manner, the body is more able to drain unwanted products, and so decrease the swelling that can occur.

Other Therapies

Reiki

The movement of energy blocks in the body for harmony and feelings of wellbeing.

‘Reiki’ comes from a Japanese word, meaning universal energy. Eastern medicine systems believe this universal energy, known as Ki’ in Japan, ‘Chi’ in China and ‘prana’ in India flows through all living things and as a Reiki practitioners I work with this energy to help achieve balance and harmony in mind and body by rebalancing these energy fields.

Reiki can:

help you to feel deeply relaxed

help you cope with difficult situations

relieve emotional stress and tension

help to improve overall wellbeing

This treatment is fully clothed, lying down on a massage couch, warm and comfortable throughout.

Crystal Chakra Healing

This very relaxing peaceful therapy takes around an hour and is done while fully clothed.

Relevant crystals are placed on the Chakra and aura sites of your body in order to rebalance any that are out of balance, thereby helping the whole body to function in a more whole, healthy way . This is a deeply relaxing therapy which also helps reduce stress.

Crystals have the ability to hold and emit energy vibrations.

Crystals affect our electro-magnetic energy fields or subtle energy bodies that surround and permeate our physical body. These include the etheric, emotional and mental bodies, which make up the aura.

Crystals can assist our energy fields to balance the body and restore it's natural energetic rhythm once again. The appropriate crystals will be placed on the seven main chakras, (which look like different coloured spinning wheels of subtle energy, running up the centre of the body).

Homeopathy

Natural, gentle healthcare for all stages of life.

A holistic form of medicine that supports on every level from the physical to the emotional.

It is safe and effective, so much so that is it the most widely form of healthcare used across the world.

Each appointment and your subsequent treatment is tailored to you and your individual needs.

I may also use Flower Essences or Homeobotanicals (a combination of herbs and remedies) in my treatments.
